To use ChurchFlo, you must:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the sermon content you upload. By using our service, you grant ChurchFlo a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Generated Content

Content generated by ChurchFlo based on your sermons belongs to you. You may use, modify, and distribute this content as you see fit for your ministry purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have the right to use
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service to generate harmful, offensive, or misleading content

6. Content Guidelines

ChurchFlo is designed for church and ministry use. We reserve the right to refuse service for content that:

  • Promotes hatred or discrimination
  • Contains illegal material
  • Violates the intellectual property rights of others

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Billing and Payments

During our beta period, ChurchFlo is free to use. When paid plans are introduced:

  • Billing will occur on a monthly or annual basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis
